:: Appointments ::
Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service and our other guests are not inconvenienced. Please arrive 15-30 minutes in advance of your appointment to allow time for you complete our  New Guest Consultation form  and to relax prior to your service. 
 
:: Running Late ::
The Jeannie Lawler Studio allows a 15 minute grace period to arrive. Please be aware arriving late for your scheduled services does not allow ample amount of time to complete all services requested.
 
:: Cancellations ::
At The Jeannie Lawler Studio we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. In order to do so, all of our scheduled appointments are confirmed via phone, email or both depending on our clients’ preference. When appointments are scheduled, a credit card is not required to hold the time requested unless the service requires 3 or more hours of service time or otherwise noted.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Should a cancellation or date change be necessary, we request a minimum of 24-hours notice for any single service. A 48-hour notice is required for multiple services. The full service will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service fee if appointment is unable to be rescheduled and/or canceled within 24 hours
 
:: Payment ::
Cash and all major credit cards except American Express are accepted for payment of services.

Gratuities are welcomed in cash payment or can be facilitated in salon by credit card.
